These terms govern your use of alt.consulting (the “Site”), operated by Alt Consulting (“Alt”, “we”). By using the Site you accept them. They cover the Site only — any Alt service engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, not by these terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site presents Alt’s services and publishes general information on sustainability disclosure and regulation. It is a marketing and information site; nothing on it creates a client relationship.

2. No professional advice, no reliance

Content on this Site — including insight pages on BRSR, CSR, DPDPA, ESG ratings and related topics — is general information, not professional, legal, or assurance advice. Regulations change; your facts matter. Do not act on Site content without advice on your specific situation. Alt does not provide statutory audit or assurance services, and nothing on this Site is an assurance opinion.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, text, graphics, and the Alt name and logo are Alt’s property (or used with permission). You may read, link to, and quote briefly with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions, scrape at scale, or use the Alt brand without written permission. Client names and marks shown remain their owners’ property.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the Site’s security, probe or overload its infrastructure, submit false or automated form entries, or use the Site for anything unlawful. (Security researchers: see our vulnerability disclosure policy — good-faith research within it is welcome.)

5. Third-party links

External links (regulators, frameworks, publications) are provided for convenience. Alt does not control and is not responsible for their content.

6. Availability

The Site is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and may change or withdraw content at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent Indian law permits, Alt is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected on this Site is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one in force.
